Galcsik's inspiration for the Quick L-Shape Ruler came from his personal experience. While creating his design portfolio holder, he found himself drawing over 80 L-shapes around rectangles as decorative items. The process was tedious and time-consuming, prompting him to devise a tool that would simplify the task.

The Quick L-Shape Ruler stands out for its unique properties. It allows users to draw L-shapes quickly and precisely, making it an invaluable tool for decorative purposes. The tool is easy to use, requiring only the correct placement of tabs. The shapes can be symmetrical or asymmetrical, with lengths ranging from 2 cm to 20 cm. Adding to its practicality, the tool also functions as a traditional 30 cm triangle ruler, making it a 2-in-1 tool.

Constructed from plastic using laser cutting and molding techniques, the Quick L-Shape Ruler is a testament to modern production methods. The tool measures 300 mm x 300 mm, making it a compact and handy addition to any craftsman's toolkit.

The feedback was positive, with respondents appreciating the tool's utility but expressing reluctance to purchase it as a standalone product. This led Galcsik to combine the L-shape tool with a traditional triangle ruler, increasing its practicality and market appeal.
